Account Manager :

Saince is a leading services provider to the healthcare providers and healthcare IT organizations across the country. Saince has been identified as one of the fastest growing private companies in the Atlanta area two years in a row.

We are currently recruiting to hire for the position of an Account Manager to be based in our Alpharetta, GA office to manage strategic healthcare IT accounts.

Position Description: 

The Account Manager will manage all aspects of customer relationship to create mutually-profitable partnerships with assigned accounts and meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, exceed customer expectations.
• Identify revenue opportunities through close interaction with cutomers, respond to RFPs and creatively design and present service offerings to meet customer needs.
• He/She will also be responsible for expanding relationship by penetrating other group companies/departments.
• Act as liaison for internal and external communications. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists for all ongoing projects. 
• Analyze data to provide customer insights to management.
• Conceptualize, create and execute various communication and promotion plans and strategies

Position Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent. 
• 7-10 years proven success in account management / business development with large, complex customer organizations. 
• 3-5 years of managing large IT services outsourcing accounts preferably in the healthcare space.
• Strong IT services selling experience into large accounts is a MUST.
• Ability to interact with 'C' level executives.
• Excellent presentation, outstanding negotiation and strong deal closing skills are required.
• Excellent oral & written communications.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
