Our Team

 

Raghu Vir, President

Has close to three decades of successful track record in the areas of technology, business development and marketing. Raghu Vir has spent close to fifteen years helping hospitals improve performance by designing and developing innovative technology solutions. Raghu Vir has a graduate degree in business management and has studied Chemistry, Biochemistry and Biology during his undergraduate degree. He is a regular volunteer at several Atlanta area service organizations.
 

David Brandon, CFO

David has close to 30 years’ experience in various finance and accounting functions. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia majoring in accounting. Over the years he has worked for companies of all sizes, from start-ups to global corporations. Apart from usual responsibilities, David also takes keen interest in the implementation of information technology initiatives by evaluating technology and solution options with the goal of providing efficient and cost effective solutions for clients.
 

Dondi Jones, Vice President – Operations

Dondi is a graduate of the University of Maryland where he earned a BA in Business Administration. He brings with him over 17 years of management experience in clinical documentation services. Over the years Dondi worked on numerous small, medium and large new account implementations and is an expert in most of the leading transcription platforms and technologies. He also supervises integration projects and has in depth understanding of integrating various ADT and EHR systems with Saince’s transcription system. He currently oversees the entire clinical documentation operations of Saince globally and also supervises new customer account implementations.
 

Roshan Shetty, Vice President CDI Services

Roshan Shetty, MD, CDIP, CCDS, CCS is the Vice President of Clinical Documentation Improvement Services. Dr. Shetty brings broad experience in CDI, along with experience in implementation of new CDI programs, evaluation of existing programs, and training new CDI specialists. He has also coordinated extensive physician education on CDI, coding and ICD-10. Dr. Shetty’s CDI background ranges from large academic medical centers to small community hospitals, most recently at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. He is an active member of ACDIS, AHIMA and the Connecticut Health Information Management Association (CtHIMA). He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for CtHIMA.
 

Judy Webb, Quality Assurance Manager

Judy received her education in medical transcription from Middlesex County College and the Cittone Institute and has been in the medical transcription industry for over 18 years. Judy started her career as a medical transcriptionist/physician’s assistant in an office setting and then moved to the virtual environment as a full time MT. Within a few years, she advanced into a quality assurance position and then into management. Judy currently manages a team of dedicated QA Auditors and QA Specialists in maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction for Saince.
 

Patricia Trippe, Transcription Manager

Patricia has been in the transcription industry for over 24 years. She began by working alongside medical professionals in the very early days of medical transcription. Patricia also worked in Clinical Documentation Quality Assurance department for five out of her twenty four years in the industry. Patricia currently leads the MLS team and takes care of managing daily workflow, scheduling and MLS onboarding. She works closely with Saince’s clients to help provide excellent customer satisfaction.
