SAINCE is fully equipped to provide exceptional transcription services with state-of-the-art transcription technology. Our team of transcriptionists are highly experienced and talented. We constantly upgrade the skills of our team by providing in-house training and skills assessment programs.
Our transcriptionists are highly trained in both traditional, hear-and-type, transcription as well as editing where we utilize various methods of speech recognition, both front-end speech recognition and back-end speech recognition. This enables us to improve our productivity and minimize errors.

Our use of state-of-the-art technology enables us to provide you with the following:
- Notes transcribed on your custom office stationary (ready to print/fax/mail)
- Notes in Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, RTF, text, pdf
- Interface and import notes into your EMR, PACs or any other HIS system you have in place
- Support HL7 Protocol for interfaces
Turnaround Time
At SAINCE your reports are turned around within the time parameters set by your facility. Our standard turnaround times are:
- Hospitals, Ambulatory and Surgical Centers : 8 to 10 hours
- Radiology Reports / STAT Reports: 2 to 4 hours
- Physician Offices: 10 – 12 hours
However, we are flexible enough to meet your turnaround time requirements.
Quality
Quality is of highest importance at SAINCE. We really take it to heart. We have a highly effective and efficient quality assurance process in place. We continuously strive to improve everyday.
- Our transcriptionists are divided into small teams that are assigned to each customer. By having a dedicated group of transcriptionists, we are able to cut down on errors and any delays in turnaround because the transcriptionists come to understand your dictators.
- Each team is supervised by a team leader. The team leaders are there to provide a second set of ears and eyes when an MT gets stuck. When necessary, our team leaders will listen to the completed report, filling in any blanks within the document if possible prior to sending it to you the client.
- Because quality is so important to us, we have added an additional layer. We also have a separate QA team, over and above the team leaders, who will listen again to a document when the team leader cannot get it. Additionally, our QA staff performs audits of all transcriptionists and team leaders on a monthly basis. They check a minimum of 5% of all work transcribed or handled by a transcriptionist or team leader per month. By so doing, we are able to provide continuing education to our transcriptionists and provide you the customer with 98% accuracy of the reports sent back to you.
- All of our transcriptionists have an average of three years' experience, the team leaders have at least five years' experience, and our QA technicians have a minimum six years or more experience.
- Because of all of the above, we confidently assure you of 98% accuracy!
