You will have full days and rotate at our affiliate medical offices.

Your daily duties are the following:

  • Coordinating with medical office manager patients’ appointment confirmation.
  • Eye testing with our mobile eye camera technology that doesn’t need eye dilation.
  • Bone density test with our portable laptop size equipment.
  • Submit images to the cloud daily.
  • Get the signed medical reports from the cloud and allocate to patients chat.
  • Other clinical and administrative duties as need it.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Bilingual or trilingual very much appreciate it.

SAINCE is looking for Licensed Pharmacy Doctor with Georgia State License or able to obtain license immediately with excellent patient quality and office skills.

Your daily duties are the following:

  • Work with the Clinical Quality Department in the development of the policies and procedures with implementation and operations of the Medication Therapy Management (MTM).
  • Work with the Clinical Quality Department in the development of the policies and procedures, implementation, and operations of the Medicine Dispensaries for long term HEDIS measures related categories.
  • Coordinate with Quality Department leaders, pharmacies and medical groups, Health Plans and Medical offices to take over the entire coordination and management of all MTM Services for the eligible population.
  • Identify qualifying members on clinical offices EMR’s and start MTM education, implementation, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify qualifying members on clinical offices EMR’s and start Medication Adherence education, implementation, engagement and retention.
  • Responsible for official medications documentation on EMRs and cloud platforms.
  • Other clinical and administrative duties as need it.
  • Reliable transportation required.

We are looking for a Manager of CDI Services who will be a seasoned professional and who has the skills and experience to start and manage this line of business. Growth opportunities are immense and include attractive performance bonus. Candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating this line of business with complete P&L responsibility. They will also be responsible for initial sales of this line of activity before they bring on a sales team.

As a Medical Scribe you will work in a hospital, behavioral health facility, or clinic setting to assist in the documentation of patient encounters. As a medical scribe you will make the process of treating patients more efficient by working with electronic health records and documenting visits. You will be expected to accompany physicians during their rounds and manage medical documentation by summarizing their interactions with their patients.

In some facilities, the medical scribe will be expected to dictate for transcription a summary of the patient encounter for their supervising physicians. Our Medical Scribes are expected to portray a level of professionalism and cleanliness while working with medical staff.

To meet our expectations, we are seeking Medical Scribes with the following skills:

  • Ability to expertly document patient care and transcribe patient encounters
  • High degree of proficiency in computer skills
  • High degree of familiarity wtih various EMR systems
  • Ability to follow all HIPAA patient confidentiality and privacy rules
  • Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent bedside manners and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Requirements for Employment:
  • High school diploma
  • Certified Medical Scribe Associate (CMSA) or the Certified Medical Scribe Professional (CMSP) certifications are preferred but not necessary if you have at least two years of work experience
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • A minimum of 1 year of prior experience dealing with electronic health records
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a provider setting
  • Familiar with most medical terminologies

We are seeking Medical Transcriptionists with the following:

  • Ability to commit to a schedule of Tues-Sat, Sun-Thurs or Fri-Tues, with an after 2p EST start. NOTE: We do have 1 spot available for a Tuesday through Saturday day shift MT.
  • Very strong medical/psychiatric editing skills. Please do not apply if you do not have voice recognition experience.
  • Very strong straight typing skills. The work is a mix of editing and straight typing.
  • Ability to maintain production requirements as well as a minimum quality level of 98%.
  • Ability to type on a minimum of 5 accounts at a time.
  • At least 5 years experience doing medical transcription in the psychiatry field with advanced knowledge of psychiatric drugs, adult and child psychiatric terms, substance abuse treatment terminology, psychiatric diagnoses (ICD10), etc.
Minimum Requirements for Employment:
  • You must have a minimum of 5 years current and verifiable experience TRANSCRIBING and EDITING medical documents for a Medical Transcription Service Organization. Please do not apply if you have not worked as a medical transcriptionist in the past or if you have not worked as an at-home medical transcriptionist for an MTSO in the past.
  • You must have a minimum of 5 years experience typing on psychiatric accounts.
  • You must be comfortable typing or editing ESL reports.
