In an outpatient setting you look for CMS and HHS HCCs and RxHCCs. For patient safety and quality you review charts for PSI, HACs and other quality measures in an inpatient setting. In an outpatient setting you review for PQRS/GPRO and other quality measures. But many CCs and MCCs map to HCCs and vice versa. Same is the case for quality measures.

When you are reviewing an inpatient chart, Doc-U-Aide automatically alerts you to all the relevant HCCs of the patient.
