Dictation Capture
The systems and technology we have in place give you the flexibility of using any of the following dictation methods that you are comfortable with:
Telephone based dictation systems
Depending on the volume of your dictations we offer you two options:
- Low Volume: You can use our existing dictation servers which you can access via a toll free number. In a few hours we will set you up and you are ready to start using the system. No delays and no cost!
- High Volume: We will configure a customized dictation server for you and set it up right in your office. This server has a backup at our facility and if for any reason the server set up at your location goes down, the back up server at our office will automatically start accepting dictations from you without any interruption in the service. While we set up the server at your facility, you will still have the option of using our servers in the interim, enabling you to start using the services immediately.
- We can also interface our systems with any existing dictation systems that you own.
Our state of the art servers and software record dictations in very high quality and use latest conversion and compression technology to transfer files swiftly and efficiently.
Digital Voice Recorders
If your preference is the use of digital hand-held voice recorders, we can interface our software with any brand of voice recorder you use. Our software is compatible with Olympus , Sony, Panasonic and many others. Our proprietary ‘Handsfree Technology’ eliminates the need for you to be involved in the transfer of the digital voice files from your end. Once you dictate into your recorder simply dock it and go. Our software automatically retrieves your dictations from your recorder, compresses them using the latest audio compression technology and sends them over to us. It also automatically archives them for your reference. There is no uploading, downloading or emailing saving time and effort.
PC Based Recording systems
If your dictation volumes are low and you want you to use your PC for dictations, then our software will take the audio files from your PC, digitally compress and transfer them to our transcription center. |
