Sales Manager - Transcription Services

Saince is a young and dynamic company on a fast track. Saince is a leader in providing Health Information Management (HIM) and Revenue Cycle Outsourcing services to healthcare providers across the country.
Saince is looking for a Sales Manager to help drive the growth in the tri-state area. The ideal candidate will have the right combination of skills and experience, along with a successful track record managing sales and marketing efforts through an enterprise sales cycle. The individual must be comfortable working closely with the executives, sales and marketing, development, support and operations teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Aggressively grow our regional market share in the tri-state area.
- Open new accounts for services including transcription, coding and billing
- Significantly increase our penetration into current accounts
- Generate leads, propose solutions and close deals
- Negotiate and close deals with providers. Strong closing skills are a must
- Manage and grow current and new accounts
Experience Required:

5+ years experience selling services and solutions to healthcare providers including hospitals, GPOs, IDNs and physician practices

Previous experience selling transcription services is highly desired

Solid understanding of healthcare market dynamics in the tri-state area

Ability to connect and communicate with C-Level executives

Ability to formulate product marketing business plans, tied to product line financial objectives

Must be a very capable communicator and be comfortable working with a wide variety of corporate executive, sales, marketing, engineering, operations, customers, and business partners

Proven teamwork and people management skills; excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

Business focus with well developed analytical skills
